Just Breathe…

When schedules are full, and you can really feel just how full… taking a moment to reflect on something positive can be a great way to freshen your perspective a little.

So, give yourself a minute to just take in something soothing.

Whether it’s a spring breeze like the one I caught earlier, the smell of something simmering in your kitchen, the sound of a fountain, the way a friend or family member smiles when they see you or something else… just notice it and take a few seconds to reflect.

It’s a simple reminder that, while deadlines, appointments and to-do lists are part of life, they’re only pieces of the bigger picture of you.
